Willard Wayne Welch was born May 8, 1946 to Ora and Laura Welch in Bristow, Oklahoma. Willard passed away in his home in Chelsea, Oklahoma on October 20, 2021. Willard served his country for 4 years in the Navy. He served 2 tours in the Vietnam. Willard met and married the love of his life in 1985 and to this union they shared 5 children together; Wayne, Rene, Joe, Chris, and Tiffany. Willard made a career of 25 plus years as a Dry wall worker. He enjoyed being outdoors fishing and camping. He and Linda raised 4 grandchildren; Courtney, Heaven, Kalani, and Kanoa. Willard is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Joe, and his sister Noni. Willard is survived by his loving wife, Linda; 5 children; 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 1 brother; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Graveside Service witih Military Honors will be 11:00 am Friday November 5, 2021 at the Fort Gibson National Cemetery, Fort Gibson, Oklahoma.
