    Willa Dean Spicer

    October 8, 1943 - November 28, 2021

    Willa Dean (Victory) Spicer was born October 8th, 1943 in Little Rock, Arkansas to James (JD) and Nadine (Decker) Victory. She passed away at the age of 78 in her home located in Mannford, Oklahoma, surrounded by her loved ones. Willa Dean was preceded in death by her parents JD and Nadine, her daughter Darlene, her daughter-in-law, Danyelle, her aunts and uncles, and many cousins. She is joined in death by her brother, James Victory. Willa Dean is survived by her husband, Terry, sister Billie and brother-in-law Jim, her daughter, Deborah,and son-in-law Tommy, her son, Tony, and daughter-in-law, Erin, her son, James, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Willa Dean worked as a book binder and seamstress until she married her husband, Terry Spicer, in April of 1972, after which she became a homemaker. Willa Dean was an amazing mother, but an even better grandmother. She knew how to love with her whole being. Her incomparably kind heart, her shoulder always ready to lean on, and her ear that never stopped made her everyone's go-to for comfort and laughter. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 2nd, 2021 at Serenity Funeral Home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 3rd, 2021 at Coffeyville Cemetery in Bradford, Arkansas.
