    Susan Elizabeth Martin

    September 4, 1975 - April 15, 2022

    Susan Elizabeth Martin, age 46, passed this life at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on April 15, 2022 where she was surrounded by family. Susan was born on September 4, 1975 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Jim and Mary Pat Allen. Susan was raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma and in 1994; she graduated from East Central Senior High School. In 2002, Susan graduated from North Eastern University (NSU) with a Bachelor degree in English. On May 1, 2004, she married the love of her life, William Harvey Martin Jr. and they resided in Tulsa, Oklahoma and together brought 4 children into their home. Susan was an avid fan of the movie "Grease" which was watched MANY times. She loved spending weekends at Grand Lake and attending her kids soccer games and school events. She was also a "mom" to her 3 dearly loved dogs. Susan was very loved. She was a bright light in many lives, and will be dearly missed. She is preceded in death by her father, Jim L. Allen and her father in law, William Harvey Martin, Sr. Susan is survived by her husband, William Harvey Martin, Jr. of Tulsa, Oklahoma, her son, Matthew Stephen Martin, and three daughters: Katelynn Elizabeth Martin, Allyssia Faith Martin and Izabella Marie Martin. Her mother, Mary Pat Allen of Broken Arrow, OK, mother in law, Susan Rathbone of Tulsa, OK, one brother, Bryan Douglas Allen and his wife, Kristan Allen of Broken Arrow, OK, one sister, Leigh Ann Reece and her fiancé, Mike D. Kuder of Broken Arrow, OK, and two sisters in law, Kristi Davis and Brandi Martin of Tulsa, OK. One nephew, Jason R. Ohman of Coweta, Ok and two nieces, Kaylee M. Allen and Lexie E. Allen both of Tulsa, OK, also along with many other family members and friends who will miss her greatly. A celebration of life will be held to honor Susan on Saturday, May 7, 2022 from 2:00PM-3:00PM with a reception to follow at Serenity Funeral and Crematory Chapel located at 4170 E.
