Margery Elise Hollingshead Nesbitt Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

In my Father's house there are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you unto myself, that where I am there ye may be also. Margery Elise Hollingshead Nesbitt went home to be with her Lord on June 4, 2022, at the age of 63. She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on October 15, 1958, to Noel Estel and Ruth Belgard Hollingshead. She graduated from Charles Page High School in 1977, and went on to graduate from business college. Margery was a lifelong Christian and will be remembered for her great love of God, children and animals; and for her spirituality and sense of humor. Margery is survived by her sisters Nola Hollingshead Cloud (Ronald) and Suzanne Hollingshead Elliott (Bruce); by her brothers Noel "Sonny"Hollingshead, Jr.(Patricia), James Hollingshead (Stephanie), and John Hollingshead (Jennifer); and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her sister Nancy Hollingshead, who was Margery's lifelong best friend. A celebration of Margery's life will be held on August 13, 2022, at Serenity Funeral Home, 4170 E. Admiral Pl. Tulsa, OK, 74115. Visitation will begin at 10:00, with services to follow at 11:00. Gary Witt, a personal friend of Margery's, will officiate. The Hollingshead children would like to thank the staff of Beacon Ridge Nursing Home in Sapulpa for the kind and loving care they gave to our sister in the final years of her life.
