He attended McLain Senior High in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Joseph was employed as a Truck Driver for many years. He loved Fishing, Hunting, football. Joe loved being around friends and family, Joe was the life of party, he had a laugh that you would never forget. Joseph was a Member of New Beginnings Church Gore, Ok He was preceded in death by his father Joseph Washington Sr. Joseph is survived by Arlise Washington Daughter, Mario Salter Son, Joseph Washington IV Son, Eunice Washington Mother , Delores (sister) & Clois Terry (brother-n-law), Diana Washington (sister) , Deborah Washington (sister), Robert Washington (brother), Michael (brother) & Sherri Washington (sister-n-law) as well as nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of friends; and his best four-legged friend Socks, his faithful dog.
