    Bobbie Gale Gerber

    February 19, 1952 - February 5, 2022

Bobbie Gerber, 69, of Pensacola, OK passed away on February 5th, 2022 in Tulsa, OK. She was born in Falmouth, KY on February 19th, 1952 to James Harold and Billie Jean (Smith) Bishop. With 8 siblings, Bobbie was a family orientated woman. Her smile could light up a room and she had an unforgettable and joyous laugh. She met the love of her life, Clifford (Butch) L. Gerber on a blind date. They married in Illinois on March 8th, 1976 and the rest is history. With their two sons, Scott and Cliff, they moved from Illinois to Wisconsin in the early 80s. As a woman of many hobbies, Bobbie loved cooking, baking cakes, sewing, crocheting, and fishing with her husband. If you ever stepped inside her home you would see decorations with her favorite animal, pigs. She always had at least one dog by her side and enjoyed spending time with friends and family, her husband, children, and grand babies. She always enjoyed and loved her work family anywhere she was employed. In the late 90s, Bobbie and Butch bought a house in Pensacola, OK and made the move from Wisconsin. She worked at Larry's gas station in Adair, OK until they closed. She was a God loving woman and was baptized at Pleasant Hope Baptist Church in 2010. She attended church on Sundays and was part of a Bible study group with a lovely group of ladies. She was an amazing, beautiful, caring, and loving woman and will truly be missed by all that knew and loved her. Bobbie is preceded in death by her parents James Harold and Billie Jean Bishop; her loving Husband Clifford (Butch) L Gerber; brother Mark Bishop; brother and sister in law Bob and Linda Burtner; and nephew John Burtner. She is survived by siblings: Diana, Jimmy, Pam (Dan), Tony (Cindy), Jeff, Greg (Sharon), Becky; sons: Scott (Jody) and Cliff; grandchildren: Robyn Ann (Johnny), Jazmine, Porsha, Kiersten, Skylar, and Drake; step grandchildren: Kourtney and Kailey; great grandchildren: Olivia, Olecia, and Amelia. She will be remembered by many more friends from Wisconsin to Oklahoma and family on both the Bishop and Gerber side.
