Thomas James Edwards July 18, 1974 – June 26, 2026 Thomas was born in Enid, OK on July 18, 1974. He arrived shortly before his twin brother Timothy. They were the dynamic duo, buddies from the start. The duo, being truly blessed were adopted in May of 1979 by David and Shirley Edwards. Thomas was raised in a house full of love, support, and the word of God. Growing up playing in the country and causing trouble with his siblings. His raising is what created the kind and compassionate man that he was. Thomas worked for the City of Broken Arrow for many years on the sanitation team. That is where he worked when in June of 2015, he met Robin Watson, their love bloomed quickly and they were married in October of the same year. In this union Thomas gained three step children, Winter, Trinity, and Korben which he loved and treated like his own. In the summer of 2017 Thomas graduated with his Associates degree in Business Management alongside his wife. In December of 2017, he officially adopted Korben, providing him with a strong and steady father figure. Sadly, Thomas and Robin divorced in 2021, but remained close friends. Thomas still considered all the kids his own. He was truly a remarkable man whose compassionate nature led him to do anything he could to help those who needed it. Thomas loved to let his hair grow out so he could donate it to children with cancer for wigs. He had a soft spot for animals as well. No matter if it was a dog, cat, chicken, turkey, goat, or pig. If it needed help and he could provide it he would. In Thomas’s spare time he was an avid knife collector. He had all types of knives from small pocket knives to a large Katana sword, including several unique blades. He was a big kid when it came to Dragon Ball and Naruto, from collecting trinkets to watching them on TV. Thomas also enjoyed spending time fishing and soaking up the serenity of the calming moment. Thomas gained his wings on June 26, 2026 and is now sitting on the bank fishing with our savior. Thomas was proceeded in death by: his father David Edwards, his brother David Edwards Jr, and his nephew Andrew Edwards Jr. Thomas is survived by: his mother Shirley Edwards, son Korben Edwards, brother Timothy Edwards, brother Andrew Edwards and wife Rachel, Sister Rhonda Wilson and husband Chris, Sister Ruth Greives, Brother Steven Shutler and wife Christine, ex-wife /friend Robin Edwards, step kids Winter Key and partner Jasmyne, Trinity Price and husband Trent, and many nieces and nephews.
