Larry Gene Hall

Biography Larry Gene Hall was born on October 2, 1954 in Nevada, MO to Ray Hall and Thelma Watson Hall Rodgers. He passed from this life on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at his home in Pawnee, OK having reached the age of 57 years, 5 months, and 1 day. He attended school in Canyon and Amarillo Texas and was a champion wrestler and enjoyed gymnastics. He was a roofer, mechanic, concrete finisher, and had a small engine repair shop. He volunteered several years at the Steam Engine Show, which he really enjoyed and also built some small engines for the show. He worked for Pawnee Ready Mix for seventeen years and did everything there was to do there. Larry is survived by his wife, Michella Hall of Pawnee, OK; 4 children, Tammy Hall, Theresa Hall both of Pawnee, OK, Richard Hall of Perkins, OK and Randy Hall of Stillwater, OK; 2 Grandchildren; mother, Thelma Rodgers of Pawnee, OK; 2 brothers, Robert Hall of Pawnee and Michael Hall of Pennsylvania; 6 sisters, Rita Buford, Joyce Wright both of Texas, Peggy Guthrie, Carol Wright both of Pawnee, Debbie Wamock of Jennings, OK and Cheryln Dale of Perry, OK, plus a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Larry was preceded in death by his father, Ray Hill; grandparents, Royal and Christine Watson and Clyde and Anna Wilson; sister, Barbara Cooper; and stepfather Emmitt Rodgers. There will be a memorial service on Wednesday March 7, 2012 at 7:00 pm at Poteet Funeral Home in Pawnee.
