David Ray Kujac

David Ray Kujac, of Houston, Texas, passed away on July 5, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 45. He was born on October 12, 1979, to the late Lillian Ann Perkins and William David Kujac. David was a father to, Johnathan David Kujac, who was the light of his life. He had a deep love for his family and a lifelong passion for drawing. His creativity was a gift he shared freely, and his sense of humor made him unforgettable to all who knew him. David had a rare talent for making people laugh and a heart that always welcomed others. He is survived by his son, Johnathan David Kujac; his father, William David Kujac; his brothers, William Kujac (wife Kayla Kujac) and Christopher Kujac; and his sister, Samantha Hamilton (husband Jeremy Hamilton), along with their children, Nolan and Addie. David is also survived by his nieces, Kathrine Kujac and Shelby Kujac (significant other Maxwell Perkins); his nephews, Chance Johnson, Triston Kipp, Elijah Kipp, Austin Kujac, Timothy Kujac, and Colton Kujac; and his great-nephews: Cable Perkins, Easton Perkins, and Aris Perkins (children of Shelby Kujac and Maxwell Perkins), and Noah Guzman (son of Kathrine Kujac). He is lovingly remembered by two former wives, Anna Castenada Parker, the mother of his son Johnathan, and Tiffany Carter-Burud both of whom remained part of his life and journey. David is also survived by his aunts and uncles: Patricia Inman (husband Jimmy Inman), Wendy Kruta, Sandy Perkins, and Eddie Perkins. He is remembered with love by many cousins: James Hickey, Brandon Hickey, Mayson Hickey, Gauge Inman,Jessica Cordray, Lisa Tovar, Larryssa Gandy, D’Lain Sitting, Chip Whatley, Sylvester Perkins, Janet Perkins, Rebecca Perkins, P.J. Perkins, Veronica Espino, and Amy Perkins. David was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Lillian Ann Perkins; his stepfather, John Perkins; his youngest brother, Ricky Kujac; his grandmother, Winnie Nell Mikulina; his grandfather, Walter Ray Gandy; and his uncles, Doug Gandy, Timothy Gandy, and Larry Gandy. David’s legacy lives on in the laughter he shared, the love he gave, and the memories held close by his family and friends. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who knew and loved him.
