In Loving Memory of Ke’neth Alexander McVay February 11, 2001 – May 26, 2026 "Forever in Our Hearts" Ke’neth Alexander McVay was born on February 11, 2001, at OSU Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to his loving mother, Chrisshauna McVay. On May 26, 2026, he departed this earthly life leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, music, and cherished memories. Ke’neth shared a special bond with his grandmother, Turner Lee McVay. Not only did they share the same birthday, but they also shared an extraordinary friendship. He was his mother’s and grandmother's best friend, and the love they shared was evident to everyone who knew them. As the sixth of eleven children, Ke’neth grew up between Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Conway, Arkansas. He was a proud graduate who earned his high school diploma through Job Corps and received a certificate in Culinary Arts. Determined and hardworking, he worked as a Maintenance Technician and also spent time landscaping alongside his uncle, Julius McVay. Ke’neth possessed a creative spirit and a passion for music. As an aspiring music artist, he used his talent to inspire and connect with others. He was known for his infectious smile, a quick with, and ability to make anyone laugh. Loyal, loving, and full of life, he enjoyed making music, spending time with friends, and traveling with family. Affectionately known as everyone's favorite cousin, Ke’neth was loved deeply by those around him. He had a heart of gold, a contagious energy, and a way of making every gathering brighter simply by being present. He was spoiled with love because he gave so much love in return. Ke’neth was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Ella Ross, who played an important role in his childhood and with whom he lived at times while growing up, and his beloved cousin, Mackey. He leaves to cherish his precious memory his loving mother, Chrisshauna McVay; his grandmother, Turner Lee McVay; his ten siblings, Kebian Ross, Keion McVay, Keseona McVay, Kerodnae McVay, Kemontre McVay, Keriona McVay, Kiaro Favors, Kemony McVay, Kelice McVay, and Kingstin Ford; his uncles, Julius McVay, Kenneth McVay, and Aaron McVay; his aunts, Lisa McVay, Yvette Wright, Taona McVay, and Shantavia Ford; his beloved OTD Family, whose friendship, loyalty, and brotherhood meant so much to him; along with a host of cousins, relatives, and friends who were more siblings and who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him. Although his time here was far too short, the laughter he shared, the music he created, and the love he poured into others will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. Forever Loved. Forever Missed. Forever Remembered.
